Make-up session for the calendar social

A few weeks ago, I had a calendar social where a few of us got together to put our kits together and have some girl time. If you missed that, I’m the presenter at the craft night for the Fort Collins Parents of Multiples Club next Monday, 11/22 at 6 pm.

You’re welcome to join us as we spend the evening putting our calendars together. It’s great because then you get them done and you have me there to help if you need it :)

Haven’t ordered yet? This is a great way to see what they’re all about and pick up any kits you might want. You can also pay me by check or cash at the event instead of just paying through paypal.

Location: Peace With Christ Lutheran Church on Swallow west of Shields - just West of Rocky Mtn High School.

Hope to see you there! If you are planning on coming, I would love to know, just send me an email at handmadebysela @ gmail.com. If you don’t know until the moment you show up, that’s great too :)

Referral Credit and Contest!!!

I’ve decided to offer referral credit until the end of the year!

For every buying customer that you refer to me, I’ll give you $1.00 off your kits/calendars (If you’ve already paid, I *will* give your cash back to you!) There’s no limit to the amount of referrals you can have! Yep, that means if you have more referral credit than your kits cost, I’ll owe you!

But wait, what's this about a contest??

Now through November 30th, whoever has the most referrals will also get a gift certificate to Starbucks or another place if you really don’t like Starbucks. Amount will be determined by how many referrals I get, but will not be less than $10 and could be as much as $30.

Make sure that anyone you refer to me mentions your name so that you get credit!

Also, if you or anyone you know might be interested in hosting a calendar party, let me know and I’ll get you the details. Great benefits to be had for you! PLUS if you refer a hostess to me, you’ll *still* get your referral credit on the purchases at the party!

Start thinking about who might love these calendars, and let me know if you have any questions!

Welcome to Picture This! Calendars

January with Picture
These handmade photo calendars make the perfect Christmas gift to all of your loved ones. They also make a wonderful baby book or gift for a baby shower. Simply add a picture of your precious little one(s) each month. At the end of the year, cut off the spiral binding, and you have an 8 x 8 inch scrapbook that will be treasured for life!
Two ways to use this calendar:
Put in pictures you already have.
OR
Give it away (or keep one for yourself) blank. Then, put in a new photo every month, chronicling 2011 in your little one’s life.
Your parents and grandparents will love receiving an updated picture each month.
As a baby book, you can write all the events of the year on the calendar portion, such as doctor appointments, first words, first steps, etc. Then you can transfer that to a scrapbook or just keep it in calendar form at the end of the year.
Picture This Kit002
Kits cost $18 each and come complete with:
  • A printed and bound blank 2011 calendar
  • Pre-cut scrapbooking papers and embellishments (ribbons, stickers, etc.)
  • Detailed instructions with color pictures
All you need is a glue stick or double-sided tape and a little time (1-2 hours) to create your own handmade calendar. You do NOT need to have any scrapbooking experience. Instructions are step-by-step and very detailed.

Don’t want to put together a kit? Preassembled calendars are also available for $26 and will come ready to simply add your photos.

There are two kits available, Style 2 is new for this year and Style 1 some of you may have already seen. Pictures of both styles will be up soon!
